room was a little small
3 day vacation and was able to get a good rate from this Inn
Everything is just fine for what I needed
It was clean, Beds were good to sleep on, the staff was great. It is a basic room and small, but we were there to sleep on spend time in a hotel room watching TV.
NO small Fridge
The bed & location
The people who work there were unfriendly, the owner was rude, never said hi, goodmorning, the room stunk, the toilet overflow, we told them with in 20 minute if our stay & they hand us a pluger to unclog it. The next morning@ 5am we left to go out & came back around 1pm, we couldn't even use are room. There was towels all over the bathroom floor. They accused us for the overflow. Of course we got upset and requested a new room. We were super tired and we just wanted to lay down. finally after 30 minutes we actually got another room that was a lot better. I will never stay there again
The room was clean. Staff was friendly.
There was a smell ın the hotel which you get used to after a while. The coffee-maker was not working. We booked the room for 6 days for $350 from the Booked.net web site, however the hotel charged us $400 without providing us any details (even on the receipt) as to why this $50 diffference is coming from.
1.Check in cost was about $2.00 more than confirmed on Booked.net. I didn't argue about $2.00, but it may be a scam to overcharge a little each time. Booked.net needs to check into this practice. 2.Office printer didn't work -- couldn't print boarding pass. 3. They need to update the TV in the room -- old TV with channels that were "snowy".
Staff spoke poor English- phone conversation difficult.
The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The price was excellent.
The decor was sterile and not welcoming. It is disconcerting to have to conduct business through a window instead of over a counter (but I did arrive at 1 A.M., and the young woman may have been the only staff member on site).
Clean room though windows were very dirty
Friend who arrived second day wasn't allowed to check in without me even though I had told reception previous day that he was coming and gave his name and a rough time.. So had to sit around for an hour till I got back from the city not nice after a 12hr flight .
Booked two rooms for four adults. Showed up at hotel and was told we only had one room reserved even though paperwork showed two rooms. When we got to the room we had no tools nor any soap or a tv that worked on more then a single station. In the end it was a place to sleep nothing more.
The absolute BEST showers with water pressure that practically gives your back a massage!
It was located really close to my conference. It was very clean, large rooms. Everything was really nice.
They charged me more then what was on my reservatioxoconfirmation.
location to airport and restaurants.
Carpet was dirty, no dresser to put clothes in, no luggage rack to put suitcase on, toilet was weak and took several attempts to flush excrement down, shower nozzle was too short height wise, no anti skid layer on tub so it was very slippery, overall bathroom and room appearance was terrible, elevator difficult to use.
Nothing, worse experience ever, should be called Bagabon Inn
No door handle to leave my room, phone had to be jiggled to call for help, no blow dryer, no iron, no remote for TV, coffee pot did not work...only one outlet in room, toilet did not flush..
dirty. nasty. Its only a bit concerning that the "secured doors" are not locked at night. someone was in my room while I was gone, I know because I left a light on. there was no service done but the room was entered never the less. I probably could have complained about a number of issues and gotten a comp stay but who cares, it was cheap.
dirty, bad people stay there.
